Thank you for taking the time to better yourself through piano education. Here is some information to better inform you of what we do.   First, you will receive a free evaluation to determine what level you should be started on. Then you are encouraged to advance through theory, composition, site reading, and so much more!     

• The curriculum is based on Alfred’s Piano Lessons Levels P-12. There is also a separate theory book that holds theory, history, technique, scales, and composition.   

• Enrollment is free. Students of all ages are accepted. All you need is a piano or keyboard to practice with.      

• After completing lessons P-12, you will graduate and will no longer be in need of an instructor.              

*Annual book fee may fluctuate depending on how fast the student learns. Annual book fee is based on one set of books per year.

• If you have trouble answering this question, then it is time for you to get an annual check-up for your piano.

• Pitch Raise- A pitch raise is a tuning used when your piano is about +/- 10 cents of  A440. This change occurs through playing the piano and seasonal changes. Pianos that haven't been tuned for awhile usually need a pitch raise or lowering.

• Fine Tuning- A fine tuning is a tuning that we use to set all the notes in harmony. This tuning usually occurs when the piano has been tuned regularly (6 months -1 year).
